A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your wedding date in mine and any assisting artists diaries. This is deducted from your invoice balance.

The remaining balance on your invoice is due 30 days prior to your wedding date.

My minimum booking requirement amount for dates during peak dates is £750 - If your booking doesn't meet this requirement, the invoice will be charged at the minimum booking amount or you can add on additional services to meet the amount.

Trial appointments are only available on Mondays-Thursdays between 9am - 5pm at my home studio in Buckinghamshire.

Friday - Sundays are kept exclusively for weddings. If you would like a weekend trial, you can add this on for an additional fee.

Trials are booked in 1-4 months before your wedding day & take place in my home studio. I can only accommodate the bride plus one other person at the bridal trial, i.e: Mum or a Bridesmaid. This policy ensures my undivided attention for you, the bride, without distractions.

Trials are for one hair/makeup style, if you are undecided and would like to try more styles, a longer trial appointment will be needed (additional charges apply for extra styles and time)

I have a team of artists available to assist with larger bookings.

Please note, that depending on timings on the day, the amount of services you require, and your ceremony time, an additional artist will be required and chosen by Elite Bridal By Emma. Pricing is £150 per artist to cover their day rate and travel expenses.

- Travel expenses are charged at 60p per mile.

- Parking, valet, toll charges etc are additional travel expenses paid for by the client

- Overnight stay required if travel is greater than 1.5hrs - £100

- Unsociable Out-of-hours fee if the artist(s) is required to start services before 6 am - £70

- Moving venue fee is £25 plus mileage between locations (£1 per mile)

- Bank Holiday surcharge £50

I recommend you booking alternate accommodation if your venue has a late access time for you to enter the bridal suite (e.g no entry before 9am) as for majority of weddings we start before 8am. Alternatively you can book an additional artists so services are started later in the morning.
